Many types of annotations are available to enhance your presentation: Balloons, Text Captions, Images, Highlights, Hints, and Audio. Easily apply visual effects to annotation objects, and an unlimited number of design objects can be inserted per slide. Adjust object color, translucency, z-index, and borders.

Easily deploy to common file formats
ActivePresenter can export your presentation in video formats (AVI, WMV, MPEG4), Flash Video (FLV), Microsoft Word (requires MS Word 2000 or higher), Microsoft PowerPoint (requires MS PowerPoint 2000 or higher), Adobe PDF, HTML Slideshow, or an HTML/AJAX interactive presentation.
